This page provides explicit instructions on how to request the permanent deletion of your data from our platform databases, including all conversational information and identifiers synchronized through our official Meta integration application, Cosmical-portals.
1. Understanding the Architecture (Platform vs. Meta App)
Please note that Cosmic-al operates the primary enterprise web portal and database infrastructure located at https://cosmic-al.com/. On the other hand, Cosmical-portals is our dedicated application layer registered within Meta Platforms, Inc. used strictly to route messaging webhooks (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct) to your secure workspace. Requesting data deletion will remove your information directly from the core Cosmic-al platform repositories.
2. Deletion Methods
Method A: Direct Portal Self-Service
Authorized business clients may initiate full account and workspace deletion directly through our portal interface:
- Log in to your secure dashboard at
https://cosmic-al.com/. - Navigate to Workspace Settings ➡️ Account Management.
- Click on the "Delete Workspace and Association Data" button and confirm your security credentials.
Method B: Manual Request by Email
Business users, clients, or end-consumers who have interacted with an automated agent powered by our infrastructure can submit a formal removal request at any time:
- Send an electronic communication to our official privacy desk: b2b@cosmic-al.com.
- Subject Line: Data Deletion Request — Cosmical-portals.
- Required Details: Please include the specific phone number, email address, or unique platform user ID associated with the data you wish to remove.
3. Execution Framework and Response Time
Upon receipt of a valid deletion request via our portal or email desk, the Company will acknowledge the request immediately. Following identity verification, the Company guarantees the permanent and irreversible extraction of the data from our active storage systems within a maximum timeframe of seventy-two (72) business hours.
4. Categories of Data Removed
Upon confirmation of the deletion process, the following records are scrubbed from our systems:
- Profile Identity Data: Official names, email records, business registry credentials, and access avatars.
- Conversational Payloads: The complete historical record of message text logs, interaction timestamps, and multi-tenant communication databases.
- Analytical Metadata: Derived AI insights, intent classifications, sentiment analysis vectors, and diagnostic framework entries linked to the specific account or user identifier.
5. Regulatory Data Retention Exceptions
The Company will erase all conversational and profile elements upon request. However, a minimal set of transaction metrics, cryptographic logs, or historical billing records may be securely retained for the sole purpose of complying with local tax laws, legal mandates, financial audits, or corporate dispute resolutions. Any such residual data will remain fully restricted and protected under our global Privacy Policy.
6. Revoking App Authorization via Meta Frameworks
If you connected your assets using Facebook Login, you can manually sever the live API connection between Meta and our infrastructure at any moment:
- Log in to your personal or business Facebook account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy ➡️ Settings.
- In the left menu, select Apps and Websites.
- Locate the application named "Cosmical-portals" and click Remove.
Note: Revoking access through the Facebook dashboard prevents Meta from sharing future operational updates with our servers but does not automatically clear history logs already persisted in our cloud environment. To ensure complete data scrubbing, please execute a deletion request through the platform methods described in Section 2.
